A day in December
Friday, December 23, 2016
Today was my day off and I had planned on staying in all day until my dad started getting annoying and I decided quiet day at home wasn't going to happen. Luckily enough it was absolutely beautiful outside and I had a friend that was able to hang. The goal was to shoot a few strangers for an article that I had to write for College Fashionista. I saw 4 girls with incredible outfits but did not have the balls to approach them and ask for pictures. Throwing myself out there has never been my forte. So, my friend Javis took a few pictures of me for my Style Guru Bio, and here they are.

Lately I've been obsessed with these OTK boots, I seriously cannot take them off. Also I have been wearing colors on my lip lately other than nude.(which is a massive shock) The one I'm wearing today is a Colourpop lippie called Grunge. It's a deep brown and very easy to take off. I don't wear this one very often, as liquid lipsticks are my ultimate go to.
PSA, I can't wait to get out of christmas shopping debt and go thrifting for my next post, so be on the lookout :)

Sometimes I honestly forget how old I am. Sometimes, I also forget to check the weather and accidentally end up scheduling a shoot in 22 degree weather. Will I ever do it again? Most likely not unless it's indoors haha. I picked up this grey slit sweater from Topshop in London and I haven't stopped reaching for it!(Lucky for all the NYC peeps that asked, it is available for sale in the US too; they have it at the Soho location!)

Honestly pretty much my entire outfit is from Topshop, minus the over the knee boots that are from Bershka, and the hat that's from Urban. The furry bag is so extra, I love it. Even more so because I got it for free because the cashier forgot to ring me up for it haha.
My good friend Matt D. that I met several years ago at camp took these awesome shots. You guys should deff follow him on the gram here.

EXTRA! EXTRA!

I got a hat recently that wasn't a dad hat- shocker. I love hats, they are my ultimate go-to accessory any time of year. Whether its for style, warmth, or hiding my forehead, they never fail me. Recently I scored this 70's newsboy hat at the sale section at Urban FOR TEN DOLLARS and we spent the day in Bowery.

My black cutout top, button down cropped shirt, and jeans were all recent purchases from Zara. As of my MIA boots, they were like $20 at PacSun about four years ago haha.(should really invest in a new pair very soon as they've creased a ton) The John Lennon inspired glasses are from Vans.

My photos were taken by one of my closest friends from school , Massih Azad.
